Police arrested 3 people on drug charges and seized more than 2 million methamphetamine pills in busts in Saraburi and Phetchabun. The suspects were allegedly involved in a major illegal drug operation related to major cases in Bangkok and allegedly smuggled drugs from Laos to the border province Loei. Police say another suspect is on the run. The suspects allegedly admitted to transporting the drugs, earning 50,000 baht to 70,000 baht each time. Police say they seized 2.1 million methamphetamine pills, a 9mm pistol and a pickup truck, which police say was used to transport the drugs. Police also said they seized a BMW and another pickup truck, which were used for scouting along the route. US flight diverts after women use racial slurs and spit on passenger
An American Airlines flight has been forced to divert after two women got into a physical altercation on the plane. The incident took place on a plane headed from Dallas-Fort Worth , Texas to Los Angeles , California. When the altercation broke out, the plane diverted to Phoenix , where law enforcement “removed and arrested two individuals for verbally and physically assaulting other customers and flight crew members”. Witnesses told Phoenix police that 30-year-old Kelly Pichardo and Leeza Rodriguez, 29, were involved in the altercation. Pichardo and Rodriguez were allegedly using a racial slur when a male passenger asked them to stop using that language. Kindly Share This Story: The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) says that it is still enforcing the installation of speed limit devices in vehicles and their usages by drivers to reduce speed on the highway. The Unit Commander in Ore, Mr Olusegun Aladenika, disclosed this to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ore, Ondo State, on Wednesday. Aladenika said that most motorists on the Ore-Benin Expressway had stopped installing the devices in their vehicles. He reminded motorists that the FRSC is still enforcing its installation on vehicles and usage by drivers. The FRSC boss said that the devices were to reduce speed on the highway in order to check road crashes that often resulted in the loss of lives and property.
