Actress Deepa Hiremath has replaced Sushmitha Bhat in the daily soap opera Kaavyanjali, which is currently on air from Monday to Saturday at 8:30 pm. Audiences will get to see Deepa’s character in Valentine’s Day episodes. According to the channel, “Another major change is being done on the serial due to unavoidable circumstances. Henceforth, Anjali 's character will be played by Brahmastra 's Deepa Hiremath. The change remains only with the person playing the role but not the character of Anjali. Audiences have accepted and appreciated the character Anjali. Normal life was affected in Kashmir on Tuesday due to a shutdown to mark the eight death anniversary of Parliament attack convict Mohammad Afzal Guru who was hanged in New Delhi's Tihar Jail on this day in 2013, officials said. Most of the shops, fuel stations and other business establishments were shut in Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, while public transport was largely off the roads, the officials said. However, they said, private cars, auto-rickshaws and cabs were plying in the city.
