New Delhi: Jewellery brand CaratLane accelerated its growth rate as offline sales bounced back with the opening of more markets in Q3 and improvement in the customer sentiments during the key festive period. In an interaction with ETRetail's Varun Jain , Mithun Sancheti , founder and managing director of CaratLane, spoke about the impact on business during the lockdown, changes in consumer buying behaviour and the future of the jewellery industry.
