NEW DELHI: Recently, Facebook rolled out a new app called — Messenger Kids dedicated to kids in 70 countries. The company has now launched the app in India and starting today parents in the country will be able to download the app from the Apple App Store and it will available in Google Play Store by the end of this week. Messenger Kids is a video chat and messaging app that helps kids connect with friends and family in a fun, parent-controlled space. “We continue to consult child safety advocates and educators to ensure we’re providing a service that balances parental control with features that help kids learn how to connect responsibly online”, Facebook said in a statement.
