Sister Wives returns to TLC Sunday night and it looks like the show’s patriarch announces interest in running for office, unbeknownst to his four wives. “If I go [to Utah], and run for office there, I could change the world or change our world,” Kody Brown says in a clip of Sunday’s episode. While the wives’ goal isn’t to pop Kody’s bubble, this sudden political interest doesn’t seem to set well amongst Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn. “This is the first I’m hearing that he wants to run for office in Utah,” first wife Meri says to the camera as her fellow sister wives giggle beside her. “That means we would have to move back to Utah.” “Since the whole political thing and the law change, I have no desire at all to go back to Utah,” she added. The Brown family initially sued the state of Utah in 2011 following the passing of an “anti-bigamy” law, saying it was unconstitutional, according to a CNN report .
